Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

Car Wreck

I was just in a car wreck i tried to avoid another from hitting me and i swirved and hit the sidewalk.Does my insurance cover my damages i have full coverege.The other car left .I need to know what is going to happen to my car It is a brand new 2007 mercedes i have only had for two months.

First, I do not know what you mean by "full coverage." That term really does not exist in insurance. I am assuming you mean you have liability coverage and collision coverage.

Second, this would be a collision. Your insurance would pay for the damges less your deductible.
