re ; claim for chiropractor fees that was not included in the claims filed for insurance bills ... is the person involved responsible for paying the chiroprctor bills /

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. If you were the "innocent" party in an automobile collision, usually the settlement or judgment takes care of all medical bills. However, if the chiropractor does not have a lien, you ultimately will be responsible for paying your chiropractor bill. Usually, your attorney should be able to negotiate a discount, though, if the settlement/judgment is insufficient to cover the full amount.
