Claims denial ''statue of limitation''
If I believe a life insurance claim is wrongfully denied, is there a statue of limitation in regards to filing suit? And if so, how long?

Re: Claims denial ''statue of limitation''
Generally, a policy of insurance will contain a limitations period in the policy itself. It is generally no less than one year, but may be longer. In addition, there may be circumstances that may increase the amount of time within which to file a suit. If you have a copy of the terms of the policy itself, this information should be listed.
Whether you have that information or not you should act as quickly as possible.
