Our condo had a leak that went to the downstairs units. The tenants are saying there's mold. Our insurance company says we're not responsible. Should we pay for mold removal?

It depends where the leak occurred. If it was within the walls, then it is the HOA's responsibility. If it was beneath a sink or your bathtub overflowed, for example, then it's your responsibility. If the former, then immediately notify the HOA. Otherwise, your insurance should cover your liability, except for your deductible.
