Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

My dad recently past away and left his life insurance under my name to help care for my mother. My sisters want some of the money is it possible for them to sue and get it?

If the life insurance named you as the beneficiary, your sisters have no claim. If the life insurance specifically named you as the beneficiary in trust for your mother, your sisters might be able to sue if you didn't spend the money on your mother, but they still wouldn't get the money.
