Deposition and disability rights
My husband recently participated in a deposition - he has a claim against an insurance company who refused to pay the claim. My husband asked during a deposition to have questions provided in writing so he can answer. His disability is PTSD and a fractured patella on left knee. At time of injury my husband was rated 10% by US Military (service connected) now he's rated 100%. Increase in rating is directly related to knee injury on 3/3/07 in San Joaquin County.
