Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
Disclosure of Policy limiuts
Hi,
Last year I rear ended someone on the highway. After a year the, that person now is claiming bodily injury and he is requesting me to disclose my policy information limits. The question is should I authorize to disclose it or should I not disclose it unless required by law? I live in California and the accident took place in California as well. Please let me know
