Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
if you're a driver for a company in the state of CA, is the company responsible to provide liability insurance for their drivers? Personal insurance will not cover this.

They must either provide you with insurance while driving for the company, or directly pay to indemnify you from any liability for an accident.
