Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
Can i ask my employer for damages to my auto ?
Crashed my car while in-route performing a company requested errand in my personal vehicle.
My superivsor took 4 days to contact our corp office and when he did he spoke with the fleet department and not risk management. The fleet department told him they do not cover such things which is what i expected since fleet is for corp owned cars. My supervisor said he would not call risk managment because fleet handles the cars and then brushed me off.
What can i do??

You can tell your supervisor that you will have to tell your own insurer, give them the information about the supervisor, etc., and they will contact risk management. Suggest that it is much better if he does it, or ask if you can do it. Don't wait - do this asap.
