Fender Bender

My son was driving my car and bumped into someone at a stop sign. I was supposed to update my insurance to add him but had not done it yet. What are the legal concequences?

It depends on your son's age, whether he resides with you, and what your policy says about unnamed family members as additional insureds. Please review your policy to see if he would be insured, anyway.
