Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
I would like to file against my auto insurance company for bad faith, but every attorney I've spoken with has given me a different answer as to why they wont handle the case, although my belief is that it is the relatively low dollar amount (around $14,000). My only recourse now I guess, is to file on my own. I need to know if there are any bad faith lawyers in San Bernardino who work or would work on an hourly rate to review my filings in an effort to avoid some of the common pitfalls this type of filing (in pro per) tend to have happen.
Also, could someone please tell me the form or whatever it is that I need in order to tell the court and the insurance company that I INTEND to file something even though the statue of limitations is coming up? I believe there is something that allows me an additional 6 months.
Thanks.

There is nothing that gives you an additional six months on the statute of limitations for insurance bad faith.
This office will review your case, however, the statute of limitations cannot be tolled. Contact me directly,
