Heart Attack Death following Car Accident

A 71 year old was involved in a minor car accident with no apparent injuries. However, the person suffered a heart attack at the scene and was rushed to a nearby hospital and died several hours later. The coroner did a complete autopsy and will list cause as natural. What are the chances of the family collecting on an accidental insurance policy?
