We have done some bad faith litigation, but do not do contingency work, which is what I understand you would want. I do have a local firm that has an excellent reputation in this area that I can refer you to. They would review your case and make a determination whether they would be willing to accept it based on the strength of the evidence and their capacity to undertake the matter on a contingency or fee basis.
