Inherited $138,000 dollars from sister: however: another sister claims she has living will from her and deceased sister claiming

she gets that $138,000 dollars, do i have legal right to money since deceased sister put me as 1st benefituary.. if not do i have to pay any tax's if she get's money........

You put your question in the "insurance law" category. Does this mean that you collected the $138,000 on a life insurance policy? If you were the beneficiary of the insurance policy, the money would belong to you. Unless her estate had been designated as the beneficiary, the policy would not be part of your deceased sister's estate, and the payout would go to the person (you) as she directed on the designation of beneficiary form with the insurance carrier.
