Can an ins company treminait my moms plan

Life ins what if a family menber took a 100,00 dollar life ins out on her self and maintained it for a coupole of years and then when that family member got ill and started to have memrie lost and was not in her right mind canceled the polices saying she does not remenber any thing about it demanding that she never signed up for it. Is there any thing i can do to make the ins. Company honnor it i order a tape of every time that she called bank of america and had a conversation with a banker about it. I got the recorded conversation with her and a rep from bofa signing up up for the 100,00 dollar plan but they will not sendding me any thing les do u think i have a chance

I suggest you contact a lawyer and discuss all the details of this problem with him/her. Make sure you take all of her employment records with you as these should show payroll deductions/employee benefits such as the life insurance.

There have been many cases in which the insured stopped paying the premiums during their last illness and the policies were reinstated or ordered paid by the court less the premiums owed.

Most such cases are settled.
