ins fraud

is it ok for some one to say they are still in colleage so they can be under parents ins even when they were kicked out of school a year ago but still use the parents ins

No. It is insurance fraud and not only will the insurance company deny any claims if they find out, they may sue for the additional premium and a criminal case may be opened.
