Insurance Claim - proof of damages?

If we were involved in an accident in which there was no insurance coverage, do we have the right to see a bill or estimated for the damages to the other vehicle before paying it?

Just turn the bill over to your own insurance company. Remember to file a Form SR-1 with the DMV within 10 days.
