Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
Insurance company will not pay!!!!
My little brothers car was vandalized and now the
insurance company will not take his call nor will they cut
a check. An attorney told us to write them a letter but
would not tell us what we should write. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

Why don't you ask your agent for help - I am sure they are familiar with this type of simple claim. If not, write a letter giving the details of the accident (where, when, first noticed, etc.) Get two estimates from places you trust. Wait for the insurer to respond before sending the estimates. That is how to start. If you don't receive a response within 7 to 10 days, write again. Also take pictures of the damage.
