insurance fraud

i bought a car from my ex-wife.after paying the car off, she reported the car stolden and collected the insurance money now 7 months later ive been arrested for auto theft,who do i talk to to bring charges against her

Do you have a receipt or a contract? If you really believe she committed insurance fraud, you should contact the Department of Insurance, the local police, and her insurance company. However, without a receipt or a contract, you will have a difficult time.
