NO insurance
I was hit while stopped. I have no insurance but the other person does. What can I do

Get medical attention if needed. Get your car fixed. Sue the other driver in small claims court for your property damage and medical bills if any.
Make sure any lawsuit is filed within 2 years of the accident.
