Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
insurance liability
I have recently been involved in a car accident. I was driving in the dark and i hit the rear of the car. The victom said for me to pay her car rental, and damages. She has liability insurance, and the victom says I have to only pay a $500.00 & car rental fees. do I have to pay for her Car Rental? And can I pay her and the insurance company in monthly payments before we have to go to court?
