Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
I was involved in a rear end collision three months ago. The other driver notified his insurance company immediately admitting it was his fault. A week later, I received an introductory letter saying that they'd take care of this matter immediately. I called the number on the letter(of the claim adjuster) several times leaving messages but no answer. I contacted her supervisor but no response. It's been three months driving my car with damaged trunk and dented bumper. Whom should I contact? I need help. Thank you in advance.

Contact your own insurance company. They will either get you results or pay for your repairs and collect reimbursement from the other insurance company.
If you were injured you should hire a lawyer promptly. Otherwise if you didn't have collision coverage you should file a small claims suit against the driver that hit your car if the damage is less than $10k. Good luck.
