liability coverage

i own a small home business, i manufacture my plastic product in Baja Mex. my product is used to detail car wheels/rims. have zero employees in US. BMW my new client wants liability Coverage from me and to cover them,,,do i need to do and have this?

Yes, if for no other reason that a major buyer requires it. Call a good insurance agent familiar with business insurance matters. He will probably suggest products and completed operations coverage in a commercial general liability policy.

It is simple. Do you want the work from them? If so, then you get the insurance. If you do not want to do business with them, then don't get the insurance. I would err on the side of getting the insurance, even if you don't want to do business with them. It is cheap protection in case someone is injured as a result of your product.
