To Clairify A Debate I Have With Another,
Interested In An Answer To A Speciffic Scenerio.
If A Crew Is Working At A Home (Residential) And One Of The Workers Is Bitten By The Home Owners Dog (Reguardless Of Reasons,
Is It The Employers Responsibility Or The Home Owners??
If The Owner Was Present And Did Not Lock Up The Dog..

Both. The home owner is liable civilly. The employer is liable under workers compensation
