How long does the inssurance company have to close the case

In california, what is the time that the case can still be open to still get theem to pey your medecal bills? I called the company and said that my case was closed due to too mutch time. Accident happend on November 3rd of 2003.

Are you talking about your own insurance company, or the other driver's? If yours, more facts are needed. If it was an accident and you're claiming against the other driver's insurance, then you have two years to file a suit for personal injury and three years to sue for property damage. Usually, lawyers will claim both together.

The statute of limitations for bodily injury torts is two years.
