How long is the liability period in California for the selling agent regarding coverage in an occurrence form commercial liability policy?

Selling agent liability for what? I'm hard pressed to think of what "liability period" (by which you mean what, since that is not a standard term) a selling agent would have or even what liability they might have to anyone.
