Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
multicar accident parked cars
My park was parked on a public road. an uninsured drunk driver ran in to a parked car behind me, and the ca behind me then ran in to me. both parked cars were unoccupied. Is the insurance company of the other parked car which ran in to me and caused me damages responsible for my damages? there is significant damage to my car, and one behind me was totaled. what is the best course of action for me? I am currently uninsured
thank you

Re: multicar accident parked cars
The other partked car would not be responsible for your damages. What would they have done wrong? You should pursue the other driver in small claims court since he/she did not have insurance.
