Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
My niece's car was totaled when another driver ran the stop sign an hit her in the intersection. Is his insurance supposed to cover a rental car for her? They keep telling her need more information before they can approve the rental car. The adjuster documented her car was totaled and the police officer confirmed that the other driver not only ran the stop sign but he admitted to doing so. She has a child and has had no transportation for 5 days. Do they have to provide a car for her and if so do they have to do it in a timely manner? Thank you for your assistance. Debra Rosebrook

Tell your niece not to waste her time with these jerk adjusters who always try to delay payment. Tell her to go get her a rental. She is entitled to claim all of her damages resulting from this accident. I'll be happy to guide her and represent her on a contingency basis. Meaning, she will only pay if we get her settlement, award or judgment.
I hope she recovers fast. 888-9ENFORCER (888)936-3672.
