There should be property insurance which would cover claims for dangerous conditions on the property causing personal injury. The property managment company usually has an indemnity provision in their contract with the owner of the property that they can't be sued unless the cause of the claim is their sole negligence. Any time you have teenagers together in cabins away from their families a multitude of things could happen which could potentially trigger a claim.

Your organization should obtain its own general liability coverage for this event. If you already have a policy, contact your agent/broker to make sure whatever happens you have coverage. This can be done by an endorsement for the event, and include the transporation if you have any involvement in it. If you don't have a policy, get one immediately.
