Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

pain&suffering

i was in a accident, and the other driver was at fault. her insurance is accepting liabitly and are taking care of rental car and medical bill. i hurt my shoulder and neck and have to do phyisacal therapy for the next ten weeks and had to take a week off work. so my question is , whats a ''fair'' amount to ask for pain&suffering in the settelment?

Nothing until you are done treating. Your treatment may go longer. It may be shorter. You may have a permanent injury. Until you are completely done treating, you cannot even guess at a number for pain and suffering.
