tenants are sued by someone, will your policy provide them

with defense/coverage, unless they are

additional insureds under it.

If you mean if your tenants make a claim against

you for their personal injuries, probably unless

your policy contains a certain type of exclusion

for business pursuits.

Which is it - are they the defendant or are you? If the latter,

you might also obtain coverage under the HOA policy, depending

on the circumstances of the incident and the

specific policy involved.
