responsiblilty

I was driving home in the dark, hit water on the road from a farmer over irragaiting. my car was totalled. no flooded sings anywhere is farmer responsible for my car cost?

Possibly, though I would need more facts before I could offer an opinion. (For example: Were you speeding? Were your headlights on and working properly? Had it been raining? I would also need some facts about the irrigation.)
