Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
Can someone who co signs an auto loan and is put on title to the car be taken off?
This person has absolutely no interest in the vehicle, she doesn't drive it and it's not used for her purposes at all and she never even sees the car. She only wants to be responsible for repayment of the loan and nothing else.

Not without going through the lender. The lender holds the title document until the loan is paid off. The title document or "pink slip" is required in order to make any changes to title.
