Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
i have a structured settlement annuity that a payment is due on. i have been told that they will not be paying this payment. i asked why and all they tell me is that my account is on hold. they wont tell me why or how to fix the problem. can they realy not pay a strucutred settlement ?what can i do/

I'm puzzled at why they can't tell you the reason, but there are many possible reasons. Do you owe back child support? Have a judgment against you? Those would be the two most common reasons I can think of.
