Can I be sued for step daughters accident?
My 22 year old step daughter lives in my home. She has a car which is in her name, but no insurance.If she has an accident can they come after my home?

Unless you have ownership interest in the vehicle, the answer most likely is no unless she hits someone on your property. Tell her to get insurance, though, for her own protection!

No, unless you have an ownership interest in the car. Your daughter needs to get insurance now or she shouldn't be driving at all.
