Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
I got a ticket for driving without auto insurance. My question is: Does the clerk at the court house verify the insurance or will a false document work??

This question suggests that you are prepared to create a fraudulent document and submit the fraudulent document to a state official to try to get out of a traffic ticket.
Have you considered that what you'd be doing is committing a felony in an effort to avoid a minor infraction?
