Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
Tree fell on car
While parked on a city street, a tree branch was hit by a delivery van delivering to a warehouse. The tree branch fell onto my car and caused about $1300 in damage. Who is responsible? My deductible is $1000, which I don't feel I should pay- I feel it's the warehouse's responsibility. Am I right?

Make a claim with the warehouse. If you don't get anywhere, go to small claims court. Good luck. Don't forget to get a written estimate from a reputable body shop.
