Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
now that have typed and presented my pposition to demurrer to the filing clerk on time with proof attached what happens now when I show up for court.

I predict your demurrer will either be overruled, or the other side will amend their complaint before the hearing.

Stone didn't read your question. You are opposing the demurrer, right? If so, what will happen in court is you will lose. Ask for leave to amend. Then hire a lawyer to draft your amended complaint, or plan on another demurrer, and to lose that, and so forth until the court denies leave to amend and the case is closed. As Mr. Stone himself often says, if you can't afford a lawyer, you must be able to afford to lose the case.
