Legal Question in Insurance Law in California
uninsured driving insured car, got hit
My boyfriend who is uninsured, drove my car, made a left turn got hit in the rear right bumper...my insurance won't cover him and the other guys insurance company says that he is 100% at fault because his vision supposedly was impaired...more details, but just wondering how will this go over in court?

I would need a lot more facts before I could tell you that. What I can tell you is that you may want to go to my blog, www.calpiblog.com, and read through the auto insurance posts about how the insurance company will act if you are uninsured. Remember, you may be liable for the damages as the car owner as well.

You should have an attorney review the insurance policy. Depending on the exclusions, your boyfriend might be an unnamed insured.
