Uninsured motorcyclist - Accident
I was curious if there would be any way to be compensated for my bike if the the vehicle that hit was at fault...but i had no insurance. I only have a pernit as well. What would you advise

Sue the other vehicle's owner and driver in small claims court, where the limit is $5K.
