Uninsured motorist
What rights do uninsured motorist have in an accident? When summoned to court, what are my payment options if I can not afford the whole sum?

Uninsured motorists can sue for economic damages (i.e. out of pocket expenses incurred) but not for non-economic damages (i.e. pain and suffering).
