My wife was involved in a car accident a month ago that was not her fault. We needed to get a rental car but we are now hearing that the person at falt's coverage will only pay for a small percentage of the cost. Please help!

What help do you want? The at-fault person's rental car reimbursement limitations should not apply. Your rental car should be covered under the liability portion of their policy at full "loss-of-use" value.
