will an attorney help me
my question is will an attorney help me get my car fixed. i was involve in an auto accidents with a big rig truck. my insurance company canceled my insurance i couple days before the accident.so at that time i didnt have any. i called the trucks insurance company and the person i talked to said she give me an answer in about one week. now its turned into one month and i keep calling and leaving messages and she hasnt returned my calls. all i want is my car to get repaired, will an attorney help me to get that done.or is there ways i can file a claim or anything. i really need help. and information will do. also i want to include the truck driver admitted to the accident and also there is a witness who can say the driver admitted to the accident.the truck driver made a left turn from the right side lane of the road and the signs say the right side lane has to keep going straight ahead and the left side lane can turn left or continue to go straight. the truck driver also didnt use any turn signals.

In order to get paid for your car repair your going to have to go to court. If a repair is $5000 or less you can go to small claims court and you do not need an attorney. If your care is more than $5000 and then you're probably going to need an attorney. If that is the case, it seems like a simple matter that any attorney could handle. You simply need to pay the attorneys fee and you will be represented.
