Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

In the 80s, I worked for a multi-image company. It closed and I salvaged some slides from the shows produced. I want to sell the physical images (not as stock footage) on eBay. Is it legal to advertise and sell them as "1980 slides of Dell computer"? Or do I need to take out all Dell logo images and sell only the generic ones?

Taking out the slides with Dell's name solves a possible trademark infringement problem, but leaves you with a possible copyright problem: who owns the rights to the photographs?

As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answer. When you say you "salvaged" the slides, what does this mean? Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
