Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

You are absolutely right, and please understand I have the outmost appreciation for that fact that lawyers do possess the knowledge and deserve acknowledgement, for after all they earned it through their education and there are very good ones out there. I have done a ton of research, but am nowhere near as educated as they are. When I started this I went looking for the weak link. I found it. However as you point out I really do need to know how to use it correctly, and that is where lawyers come in. I live in northern Canada and this lawsuit and co-owner are located in San Francisco, Northern California. I also believe I have a basis for a counter suit based on malicious intent, but certainly would not go there without a lawyer. I have tried to contact my own lawyer here for advise, but was told that they have no knowledge of the American rules of law, and could not help. So if I could find a lawyer there who would take this on pro-bono I would authorize them to start a counter suit. Other then that if a consultation is possible I am open to that,via telephone.Thank-you for your time..

Most of us have no idea what legal problem you are dealing with. It is extremely doubtful any attorney is going to work without pay on your case.It appears you have a complex case with probably little hope of any cash recovery. Sorry.
