Are there any forms that can guide someone representing themselves in a Trademark opposition where i need to file an answer to the opposition.

I do not think there is any form. You need to retain an attorney to respond to this opposition. This is fairly complicated.

You can check the USPTO web site. If your mark is important to you, I recommend that you hire an attorney for this appeal process. It is much more complicated than you may think. You should do a cost/benefit analysis...legal fees now verses what it will cost you to lose your mark.
