Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

in a civil case where the plantiff is proving Fraud, how should reliance show with in the trial brief?

or is it nessary if the facts are all thier?

Unless this is an intellectual property case, which I cannot image an IP case being fraud, this is not an IP case. Trial brief simply summarizes the case for the judge/jury.
