Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California
Concept of Intellectual Property
I would like to know what does the concept od Intellectual Property involve, because, for example, in Argentina, Intellectual Property refers only to copyright and it does not include patents, etc.
Thank you very much for your help,

Re: Concept of Intellectual Property
Intellectual property includes invention and design rights, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. The same is true for Argentina.
