Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

The content on my website was stolen from the newspaper. I called and wrote e-mail to inform them, and request to correct and appolozy for their mistake .. They ignore and I did not hear anything from them about week.

What I have to do for my nex step to get them resolve that issue.

Stolen FROM the newspaper? Do you mean stolen BY the newspaper? If the latter, you need to write a real letter and ask for an apology. If you have sustained money losses or the paper has profited from the misuse of your material, you might want to consult a lawyer about a possible lawsuit. This would require establishing a lot of facts including your right to the material and the newspaper's bad conduct and the resulting financial harm.
