Copycat site of my phpBB Message board
I own a website that has an active phpbb message board attached to it. I have found that someone has copied my message board to a ''t''. My Logo, my fonts, my categories, etc. Do I have any recourse? My objective is to have it shut down.

You should never assume that someone else will understand your abbreviations. Not knowing what a "t" is, I am handicaped. I suggest you begin by sending a formal letter requesting this someone cease using your materials under threat of copyright infringement filing which you have fully explained in the legal disclaimer/acceptance portion or link on your web site.

Hopefully you registered your creative elements with the copyright office. If so, then with a little research you can have it taken down.
